Holiday Box FAQs
We love sending out our holiday boxes each year and always try to make it easy and fun for everyone!
Shipping Schedule and Postage:
2022 Truly Outrageous Boxes will ship around November 7th for customers outside the US, and between November 20th and 27th for US customers. We use USPS Priority Mail for all holiday boxes unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping costs, we may need to contact you later in the year if the shipping you paid in May-June 2022 no longer covers your package.
When do I start opening the yarn?
The 2022 Truly Outrageous box will come with a suggested opening schedule card along with instructions for the knitalong.
Of course, this is just a suggestion! But we ask that you not post to social media with any spoilers of the colors or pattern before their opening dates.
How do I participate in the KAL?
It's easy! All you have to do is download the pattern on Ravelry using the code provided and follow the instructions on the card. We will also be using the hashtag #trulyoutrageous2022 on Instagram so you can follow that as well!
My holiday box is lost...
If you believe your package is lost, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you track it down with USPS.
My box was delivered to another address...
Please email us directly at email@example.com and we will see how we can help you.
...Can you replace it?
If the box was delivered erroneously or lost after it was checked in made progress through the postal system, we will gladly replace your box but we cannot offer this service for free.
If your box was lost and is "untraceable" then we will replace it for you.
I don't like one of the colors in my mystery box, can I exchange it?
We are always sorry to hear anyone is unhappy with the color selection, but with a mystery box like our holiday junkboxes, no exchanges can be made.
